Pinterest has become a social networking phenomenon, rising to popularity at a stunning pace. Do you use Pinterest? What do you pin? We caught up with three members of our staff to find out what they are pinning and why.

Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I like to wear a lot of flowy pieces that aren’t too clingy. I’m a minimalist when it comes to jewelry, but I make up for it with bright colors, complex patterns and high-heel shoes. I also like things that are really different and unique. I get a lot of my inspiration from the trendy dressers of Hong Kong.
Q: What do you look for when pinning something?
A: I usually don’t go hunting for things to pin. But, I like to share things with my friends to have everyone’s opinion on different dresses or tops I’m iffy about.

Q: What was your inspiration for pinning day to night looks?
A: I often find myself shopping for either work clothes or going-out clothes. But for the occasional time when these two events meet it can be a bit of a fashion emergency. When I find things that I can wear to the office and after work, I really feel I’ve hit the jackpot.
Q: What is your favorite item on your board?
A: The French Connection Electric Sequins dress — a fun dress that can be paired under a sleek blazer or cardigan for the office then worn alone at night. This little number is definitely a day booster and night winner.

Q: What is your poolside style?
A: When the weather turns warm I love being near the water. Since I’m at the pool or lake so often I need lots of options when it comes to swimwear. I love wearing bright colors and fun prints at parties, but when I’m relaxing with my family I tend to keep it more low-key and modest. No matter what the occasion, I love glamorous coverups and caftans.
Q: What are your must-have summer accessories?
A:I’m going to need a pair of oversize sunglasses, a big floppy hat, comfortable sandals and of course sunscreen!
