  1. Can tights be worn with pencil skirts. I will soon be 71 yrs, old and last winter all I could find were pencil skirts that hit about middle of my knees. So I wore them with tights. Last year I lost 45lbs. and have had a great time renewing my wadrobe. I don’t wear pants to church, but I have a closet full of suits that are 2sizes to big. Help! JoAnn
